KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice is provided to visitors of bigsafehealth.com.tr under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the related Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interests of the data controller).
Transfers
Your data may be transferred only to authorized public bodies to fulfil legal obligations, and to the infrastructure providers hosting this website, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
Our corporate e-mail service is provided by Google (Google Workspace). Identity and contact data you send us by e-mail may be processed on this service's servers outside Türkiye. This transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) under Article 9 of the KVKK.
Collection method
Data is collected automatically during your visit (server logs) and partly automatically when you send us an email.
Retention
Transaction security data is kept for at most 12 months; contact data for at most 2 years after your request is concluded. Data is then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request rectification, erasure or destruction, to request notification of these actions to third parties, to object to results arising from exclusively automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
Requests may be sent to the email address on the contact page in line with the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.
